About the role#
Cintas is hiring an Intern to join our team in Brooklyn Park. This program provides comprehensive knowledge of our business operations and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to learn how the business functions.
- Develop leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Work on tasks that build a foundation for professional growth.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- Compensation: $16.50 to $22.28 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
