About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at the professional services industry. You will gain comprehensive knowledge across our business operations. The program is designed to expose you to various departments and combine hands-on training with cross-departmental interaction. This role focuses on building your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to understand our business model.
- Participate in hands-on training exercises.
- Engage with team members across multiple business units.
- Develop professional competencies in communication and project management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Capability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes prior internships or co-ops in sales, customer service, production, or administrative roles.
- Preferred experience in a leadership or management capacity within campus or extracurricular activities.
Location & details#
- Location: North Sacramento, California.
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Pay: $17.25 to $23.29 per hour.
- Status: Paid internship.
