About the role#
Chicken N Pickle is seeking interns for an immersive 8-week program during Summer 2027. This on-site role focuses on project completion while providing exposure to departments including Community, Marketing, Operations, Pickleball, and People. You will work alongside other interns and gain direct experience with executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Shadow executives in meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries and follow-up actions.
- Support daily operations by organizing documents, scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Act as a brand steward and embody company values.
- Participate in scheduled internship activities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Completion of at least 12 volunteer hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn from executive leadership.
