Master's Level - Clinical Intern

About the role#

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking second-year Master's students for paid clinical internship positions. Interns will join either the Outpatient Clinics or In-Home Therapy teams to support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

What you'll do#

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions both on-site and through telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team within an outpatient clinic setting, working alongside clinicians, recovery coaches, and support staff.
• Deliver intensive support to children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral health needs in homes, schools, libraries, and other community locations.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a second-year Master’s student in Psychology, Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Demonstrated ability in therapeutic engagement, diagnostic skills, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Genuine interest in community behavioral health.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Locations: Springfield, Holyoke, Easthampton, Greenfield, West Springfield, and Chicopee, Massachusetts.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $20 per hour.
• Status: Full-time internship with rolling start dates.
