About the role#
This internship is based within the Operations department at CDPQ Infra. You will contribute to the management and organization of data for major public infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on the Réseau express métropolitain (REM).
What you'll do#
- Centralize and ensure the reliability of asset data by developing a consolidated database for the REM.
- Define and collect general, functional, technical, and financial characteristics of assets from internal teams.
- Define and collect maintenance data to identify asset maintenance needs.
- Create and document all database fields to structure information for full lifecycle asset management.
- Analyze existing documentation through electronic document management systems, including engineering documents and real estate deeds.
- Update real estate information for all land lots and property rights held by the REM.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach to work.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and organizational abilities.
