About the role#
As an intern within the Environment department, you will support the team in managing technical, regulatory, and contractual documentation for major infrastructure projects. This role involves tracking environmental commitments, maintaining traceability of project conditions, and ensuring environmental information is organized and accessible.
What you'll do#
- Support the environmental team in analyzing technical and regulatory documents.
- Contribute to tracking environmental commitments, authorizations, and obligations.
- Update tracking tables for conditions, commitments, and deadlines across various projects.
- Maintain up-to-date environmental information to ensure accurate traceability.
- Organize documentation within SharePoint and other internal tracking tools.
- Assist in preparing presentations and updating checklists or working tools related to environmental activities.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops, documenting relevant information and required actions.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environment, or a related field with at least two years of study completed.
- Strong interest in environmental issues related to major infrastructure projects.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and curiosity.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, or Copilot is an asset.
- Familiarity with environmental regulatory requirements or ISO 14001 standards is an asset.
