About the role#
This is a full-time, paid production student position based in Lancaster, New York. You will work on-site to support our manufacturing operations on a rolling term basis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily production line activities.
- Monitor product quality to ensure standards are met.
- Support senior staff members with various operational tasks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in required training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management programs.
- Understanding of production processes and basic safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
