About the role#
This is a paid, full-time rolling internship position based in Lancaster, New York. You will work on-site to support the daily operations of the production line.
What you'll do#
- Assist with production line activities and monitor product quality.
- Support senior staff with daily tasks and operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in required training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Understanding of production processes and basic safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
