About the role#
As a Student Audiologist, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Audiologist. This role provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients. You will help assess and treat various hearing, balance, and communication disorders.
What you'll do#
- Assess and treat hearing, balance, and communication disorders.
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients.
- Prescribe treatments as needed.
- Recommend referrals for further clinical care when appropriate.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least three years of Audiology graduate school.
- Approval from your university.
- Approval from the CarolinaEast Education Department.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- A commitment to delivering customer service that meets CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
