About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our in-house legal department for the Summer 2027 term. This role provides direct support to our lawyers, paralegals, and business teams. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, contract management, and international legal operations within the renewable energy sector.
What you'll do#
- Support the parent company legal team and various business units.
- Establish and track corporate entities across global jurisdictions.
- Assist with the implementation of compliance policies, including privacy and anti-corruption procedures.
- Organize and maintain legal records to ensure efficient access.
- Manage term-long projects focused on legal team organization.
- Perform office administration tasks at our Kitchener location.
