About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027, running from May through August. You will report to the Business Transformation Office. The program provides hands-on experience, training resources, and networking opportunities to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Support process mapping and documentation efforts.
- Maintain and improve the Process Architecture and Library, ensuring data integrity.
- Analyze process-related data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Develop recommendations to support process design and decision-making.
- Assist with work plans, schedules, and project priorities.
- Help with process improvement activities, including documenting current and future-state workflows.
- Create reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Formal training or experience in process mapping, design, or business process management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset, as is progress toward Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office per month.
- Available locations: Ottawa, Calgary, Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
- This is a paid, full-time temporary position.
