About the role#
This summer internship offers a chance to launch a career in business development and account management. You will join our team to help prominent companies reach their business goals. The program begins with an interactive onboarding session focused on our technology, business development strategies, and company culture. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and build a network within the logistics and transportation industry.
What you'll do#
- Learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices by working with industry professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere, to manage logistics tasks.
- Develop skills in sales, negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while delivering independent results.
- High motivation and enthusiasm for the role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Current undergraduate status as a Junior or Senior.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Communications.
- An appreciation for a diverse and inclusive work environment.
