About the role#
As a Capacity Portfolio Representative intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business development and account management. You will join our team for the Summer 2027 term to help our clients meet their business goals. This is a paid, full-time, on-site opportunity based in Grandview Heights, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere, to manage logistics tasks.
- Apply skills across sales, negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student at a Junior or Senior level.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while delivering independent results.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A driven, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to your work.
