About the role#
The Associate Portfolio Executive internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027. You will join our sales team to learn business development and account management. This role provides hands-on experience in the logistics and transportation industry through mentorship and direct interaction with clients. You will gain insight into our business processes and work alongside professionals to support our customer base.
What you'll do#
- Work with industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
- Build relationships across internal teams and with external customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere, and other technology systems.
- Apply skills in sales, negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate education at a Junior or Senior level.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and pay high attention to detail.
- A driven, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to work.
- Ability to deliver independent results while working in a team environment.
