2026 Summer Supply Chain Intern

About the role#

This 10-12 week internship provides professional development and hands-on experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Based at the headquarters in Garner, North Carolina, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, including logistics, distribution, and production planning.

What you'll do#

• Develop, refine, and execute scheduling models to maintain a consistent product flow that meets demand.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners across the organization.
• Assist with the design, documentation, implementation, and training for Microsoft Power BI, SAP, and TMS systems.
• Support projects that align with your specific skills and professional interests in manufacturing and processing.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong analytical and programming skills, specifically using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Power Query, and Macros).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• A basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory, production, transportation, or material planning is a plus.
