The 2026 Summer Site Admin (IT) Intern program is a 10-12 week opportunity focused on identifying technology-based improvements within food and beverage manufacturing operations. Interns will work to develop and manage project plans aimed at digitizing processes, creating SOPs, calculating ROI, and implementing software solutions. This role requires a balance of technical and analytical thinking, alongside the ability to communicate effectively across departments including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and IT.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate on-site processes with operations groups to identify opportunities for technology-based improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine and implement the best solutions for identified challenges.
- Submit project proposals and manage execution using Smartsheet.
- Lead conversations, presentations, and training sessions as required by project needs.
- Engage with various departments to understand the impact of IT on different business functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commuting and frequent travel to plant and live operation locations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect with stakeholders at an enterprise level.
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading professional discussions.
