About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within our Construction group. You will support the design-build process, including safety and health, estimating, pre-construction, field operations, quality, and project management. This role involves working on various project execution approaches such as self-perform, multi-subcontractor, and program management.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Assist lead engineers with daily project duties.
- Work on the standard design of engineering systems.
- Correct and update existing designs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a self-motivated approach to learning.
- Active involvement in campus, community, or volunteer organizations.
- Prior internship or consulting experience is preferred.

- This position is based on-site in Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas.
- This is a full-time role with 5% travel required.
- This is a rolling internship opportunity.
