About the role#
As a Construction Project Management Intern, you will assist our teams with construction phase services. You will support various project execution approaches, including self-perform, multi-subcontractor, and program management. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Perform tasks that require standard engineering techniques and procedures.
- Assist lead engineers with daily project duties.
- Update and correct engineering designs.
- Provide support for safety and health, estimating, pre-construction, field operations, and quality management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a self-motivated approach to learning.
- Active involvement in campus, community, or volunteer organizations.
- Prior internship or consulting experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Newton, Massachusetts; Wallingford, Connecticut; or Morristown, New Jersey.
- Travel is required approximately 5% of the time.
