About the role#
This internship focuses on the construction phase of the design-build process. You will support various project execution approaches, including self-perform, multi-subcontractor, and program management. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Assist lead engineers with design updates and corrections.
- Support safety and health initiatives, estimating, and pre-construction activities.
- Contribute to field operations, quality control, and general project management duties.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through campus, community, or volunteer involvement.
- Prior internship or consulting experience is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Locations: Wallingford, CT; Newton, MA; Conshohocken, PA; Morristown, NJ.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Travel: Approximately 5% of the time.
