About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Houston. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in the construction industry. The role involves supporting the construction group with various project phases and management tasks.
What you'll do#
- Perform tasks using standard engineering techniques and procedures.
- Assist lead engineers with daily project duties.
- Support field operations, estimating, and pre-construction activities.
- Help with safety, health, and quality management on projects.
- Update and correct engineering designs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and involvement in campus or community activities.
- Prior internship or related experience is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
