Women's Design Internship

About the role#

Buck Mason is seeking aspiring womenswear designers to gain industry experience. This internship is designed for students passionate about iconic and vintage-inspired clothing who want to contribute to the design and production process.

What you'll do#

• Partner with the women’s design team on daily operations.
• Assist with the organization of the design process, including maintaining design boards and fabric libraries.
• Create tech packs and sketches using Adobe Illustrator.
• Participate in fabric and color selection processes.
• Conduct market research relevant to the brand.
• Attend fittings for all categories, document notes, and follow up with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with styling for campaigns and influencer seeding.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a Womenswear Design student at a fashion design school.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of vintage military and workwear apparel.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt to feedback.
