About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Mississauga, Ontario. You will work in a hybrid capacity to support the supply chain department with daily operations, data analysis, and reporting. The role focuses on identifying manual processes that can be improved through automation and AI tools.
What you'll do#
- Prepare supply chain reports to provide visibility for stakeholder decisions.
- Analyze historical sales figures and collaborate with sales and product marketing to identify fluctuations.
- Monitor inventory and inbound levels to ensure demand aligns with forecasts.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be improved using AI, automation, or analytics.
- Assist the Head of Supply Chain with special projects, presentations, and business transformation initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- High level of mathematical knowledge at the university level.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
