About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering student to join our team in Raleigh for a paid, full-time internship during the Summer of 2027. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects that support healing, learning, and discovery. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Develop design ideas based on client specifications, function, and appearance.
- Create working drawings from sketches and design specifications.
- Prepare materials and presentations for clients.
- Join project design meetings to see how multi-disciplinary teams collaborate.
- Attend client meetings and visit construction sites.
- Perform site surveys to collect field data.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student in an accredited Electrical or Architectural Engineering program during the summer of 2027.
- Familiarity with Revit, 3D CADD, and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
