About the role#
Brooks Building Solutions is hiring a Building Automation Technician Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Jacksonville, Florida. You will gain experience with commercial building automation systems by working on local projects, including the new Jaguars stadium and the Four Seasons Residential development.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the installation of building controls.
- Participate in system programming tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting on automation systems.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have a genuine interest in commercial building automation systems.
- You are comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
