About the role#
BRG is looking for a Summer Associate to join our Corporate Finance Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice. This is a full-time, 8-week internship based in Nashville, Tennessee, scheduled for Summer 2027. You will work as part of our consulting staff, supporting client service teams on buy and sell side diligence engagements. This role is intended for students graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily activities of client service teams during transaction advisory engagements.
- Perform financial trend analysis, quality of earnings assessments, and working capital reviews.
- Manage multiple tasks including financial modeling and the creation of client presentations.
- Assist in drafting reports, written analyses, and other project deliverables.
- Help identify issues relevant to purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to meet project goals.
What you'll need#
- Current progress toward a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities as project demands change.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashville.
