About the role#
Bray International is hiring Engineering Interns for Summer 2026. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, Texas. You will work directly with our Global Technology Group to support manufacturing and business goals. This position focuses on hands-on learning through real projects, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure to various engineering disciplines.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of one or two engineering projects that support manufacturing and business improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Use data and analysis to solve engineering challenges.
- Design, test, and improve products alongside our team.
- Develop or improve test equipment and procedures.
- Analyze internal products and competitor designs.
- Troubleshoot product or supplier issues.
- Research new materials and engineering methods.
- Assist with prototype builds and validation testing.
- Support product testing in the lab or on the manufacturing floor.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
- Leadership roles or involvement in student organizations are considered a bonus.
Location & details#
- Location: Houston, Texas (on-site, 5 days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Term: Summer 2026.
