The Boeing SkillBridge program provides active-duty service members with the opportunity to transition into the civilian workforce through internships during their final 180 days of service. This program connects military experience with roles across Boeing's business units, including Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, and Global Services. Participants remain on active duty and continue to receive their military compensation and benefits throughout the internship.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience by working on projects alongside industry experts.
- Learn a role or career path that aligns with your military background or degree field.
- Apply your military experience to projects involving business acumen, data analytics, financial analysis, strategy, and operations.
- Demonstrate the value of your military training within a professional aerospace and defense environment.
What you'll need#
- Active-duty U.S. military status with command approval to participate.
- Served at least 180 continuous days on active duty.
- Within 12 months of separation or retirement from the military.
- Ability to start the internship 180 days prior to separation or retirement.
- An active Secret clearance or higher.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.

- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; participants continue to receive military pay and benefits.
