About the role#
Boca West Country Club offers a summer internship for individuals interested in hospitality management. You will work alongside department leaders and industry professionals to gain hands-on experience at a private club. This is a full-time, paid position that includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Assist department leaders with daily operations and special projects.
- Interact with club members and guests to improve their experience.
- Help with the planning, execution, and logistics of events.
- Participate in community service initiatives.
- Complete projects specific to your chosen track, such as Golf, Racquet Sports, Food and Beverage, or Lifestyle and Wellness.
What you'll need#
- Availability for the full-time internship dates from May 17 to August 7.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant academic program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional attitude and a desire to learn.
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry.

- This role is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
