    About the role#

    The 2026 BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational development journey within the Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This program provides a panoramic view of the firm's global franchise, offering insight into the operations of a major financial institution. Analysts gain exposure to senior leadership and clients while receiving personalized guidance from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are considered for high-impact roles across multiple functions.

    What you'll do#

    • Work on high-priority initiatives to develop analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Support the Enterprise Onboarding Platform, which manages the full client lifecycle including contracts, KYC, account opening, and product setup.
    • Collaborate across various teams including Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Service Delivery.
    • Operate within a centralized engine designed to unify onboarding capabilities across all lines of business.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
    • Graduation date in December 2025 or May 2026.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

    • Location: Lake Mary, Florida.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Program Term: Summer 2026 start.
    • Status: Full-time and paid.
