About the role#
The 2026 BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational development journey within the Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This program provides a panoramic view of the firm's global franchise, offering insight into the operations of a major financial institution. Analysts gain exposure to senior leadership and clients while receiving personalized guidance from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are considered for high-impact roles across multiple functions.
What you'll do#
- Work on high-priority initiatives to develop analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Support the Enterprise Onboarding Platform, which manages the full client lifecycle including contracts, KYC, account opening, and product setup.
- Collaborate across various teams including Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Service Delivery.
- Operate within a centralized engine designed to unify onboarding capabilities across all lines of business.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
- Graduation date in December 2025 or May 2026.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
