About the role#
The 2026 BNY Analyst Program in the Chief Commercial Office is a 24-month program designed to provide a comprehensive view of the bank's global franchise. Analysts work on high-priority initiatives, gaining exposure to senior leadership and receiving guidance from an executive mentor. The program is structured to develop analytical and interpersonal skills, with the potential for consideration for high-impact roles upon successful completion.
What you'll do#
- Support commercial efforts for the bank's largest clients, including developing cross-enterprise sales plans and preparing materials for client presentations.
- Conduct primary research on clients and industries to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Brief senior executives in preparation for major client meetings and industry events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or technology-related majors.
- Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
