About the role#
The 2026 BNY Analyst Program in the Chief Commercial Office is a selective, full-time opportunity designed to provide a comprehensive view of the bank's global operations. Analysts participate in high-priority initiatives, gain exposure to senior leadership, and receive mentorship to develop essential analytical and interpersonal skills. This program serves as a foundation for potential future roles within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support commercial efforts for key clients, including the development of cross-enterprise sales plans and the preparation of client presentation materials.
- Conduct primary research on clients and various industries to identify and analyze opportunities for revenue growth.
- Assist in briefing senior executives for major client meetings and industry events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, with a preference for business-related or technology-related majors.
- Expected graduation date in December 2025 or May 2026.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
