About the role#
The BlueFin Engineering Internship provides undergraduates with exposure to projects across the energy industry. You will rotate through shop, office, and field environments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations. This is a full-time, paid summer position.
What you'll do#
- Spend time in the shop loading and unloading jobs, managing inventory, and assisting mechanics with equipment maintenance.
- Work with project managers in the office on calculations, rig ups, drawings, procedures, costing, and scheduling.
- Apply your technical knowledge through hands-on work in the field.
- Research a project-related topic and present your findings to the team at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Chemical, Computer, Civil, or Industrial Engineering program.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Previous internships or participation in extracurricular activities are preferred.
