About the role#
As a Structural Engineer Intern for Transmission Lines, you will contribute to infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience in engineering design. You will work alongside professional teams to turn concepts into real-world solutions. This is a full-time, paid internship scheduled for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of design specifications and contract drawings.
- Perform engineering analyses and assist in report production.
- Prepare basic calculations for project needs.
- Analyze systems using computer modeling software.
- Organize and maintain project materials and technical references.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABET accredited university Civil Engineering program.
- A preferred emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Completion of at least one design course.
- Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding requirements, including a background check and drug screen.

- Locations: Overland Park, KS; Bloomington, MN; Dallas, TX; or Houston, TX.
- Modality: This role is on-site and full-time.
