About the role#
Bish's RV is looking for competitive and ambitious college students for our Summer 2027 RV Sales Outfitter Internship. This full-time, paid position offers you the chance to run your own business within our dealership. You will learn a proven sales process, build a pipeline, and gain real-world business experience while working alongside a team that thrives on competition and results.
What you'll do#
- Master a proven sales process and learn business fundamentals and customer relationship management.
- Build a sales pipeline through phone, text, email, and social media outreach.
- Identify customer needs to match them with the right RVs and close deals.
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and shows to drive new business.
- Foster customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
- Compete and collaborate with your team to drive results.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards an associate or bachelor degree, with at least sophomore standing or a graduation date of May 2026.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Motivation to be results-driven, competitive, and resilient.
- Comfort using sales tools, social media, and technology.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- A background in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company vision, mission, and values.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship available at locations in Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, and Kalispell, Montana; Calera, Alabama; Cheyenne, Wyoming; Coldwater, Ludington, and Traverse City, Michigan; Eldridge and Urbana, Iowa; Idaho Falls, Jerome, and Meridian, Idaho; Junction City, Oregon; Kearney, Omaha, and Roca, Nebraska; Longview, Texas; North Salt Lake, Utah; Tea and Piedmont, South Dakota; Oak Grove and Murray, Kentucky; Fairfield, California; and Anderson, Indiana.
- Students are responsible for their own transportation and housing arrangements.
