About the role#

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about patient recovery and seek a collaborative environment with access to mentorship and professional development.

What you'll do#

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Participate in mentorship and learning programs to support professional growth.

What you'll need#

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• An active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Ability to provide evidence-based care and track clinical progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and the community.
