About the role#
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Learning & Development Advisor intern to join our team and help enhance our overall learning experience. This is an opportunity to discover the inner workings of talent development and contribute to projects that make a real impact within the video game industry.
What you'll do#
- Manage individual training requests and follow up on internal client emails.
- Respond to employee and manager questions regarding learning initiatives.
- Administer registrations for the language course program.
- Organize training sessions and workshops from A to Z, including logistics, invitations, reminders, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Maintain accurate tracking files, including daily expenses and data related to the Skills Development Act (1%).
- Handle video editing, uploading of training content, and translation of materials.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (in progress or completed).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week for 4 months starting in September 2026.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Quebec, Canada at the time of application.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Experience in developing online learning modules is an asset.
- Experience in the technology sector or video game industry is an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: This position requires working on-site at the Montreal office three days per week.
- Term: Fall 2026 (4 months).
- Commitment: Full-time (37.5 hours/week).
- Status: Paid internship.
