About the role#
The Future Leaders Program offers MBA students a chance to work in high-visibility roles. You will report directly to a business unit executive team. The program focuses on strategic initiatives that shape the future of Barry-Wehmiller. You will own end-to-end deliverables and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Lead strategic initiatives to determine company direction.
- Own end-to-end deliverables that impact business success.
- Perform analysis to support key strategic plans.
- Drive go-to-market approaches using customer insights and SEO.
- Lead financial analyses to guide business decisions.
- Participate in projects across strategy, marketing, supply chain, or financial planning.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a 1st year student in an MBA program.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Leadership abilities with proven business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the US without restrictions.
