About the role#
Badger Meter is seeking a Business Analyst & Self-Service Adoption Intern to join our Customer Care and Support team. This role focuses on improving internal processes and increasing user adoption of our portals. You will work on projects that provide hands-on experience in analytics and process improvement while receiving mentorship and coaching.
What you'll do#
- Support cycle time reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify efficiency and workflow improvement opportunities.
- Drive MBE/PC portal adoption through analytics and user-focused enhancements.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve portal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to process efficiency and portal usage.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in analytics, AI, process improvement, and user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization principles is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (On-site at Headquarters).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Paid internship.
