About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid summer internship for 2027. You will work on-site at our Affinity Living Communities to gain hands-on experience in property operations. The role focuses on the daily management of active adult communities.
What you'll do#
- Manage resident engagement and retention efforts.
- Organize and host onsite resident events to build community culture.
- Assist with sales and leasing activities.
- Support daily operations management.
- Execute outreach marketing initiatives.
- Perform financial reporting and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Senior Living, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Management, or Real Estate.
- Ability to work as a team player who prioritizes group success over individual recognition.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
