    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on management and leadership training within the travel industry. Interns are prepared for professional careers through a variety of operational tasks and exposure to different business functions. This program is available for the Fall 2027 term on a full-time or part-time basis.

    What you'll do#

    Interns rotate through various tasks to gain comprehensive experience in the business. The program is designed to prepare participants for potential roles such as Location Manager, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, Shift Manager, Distribution Manager, or Regional Manager.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Professional communication skills
    • Experience in problem resolution
    • Minimum age of 18
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Location: Kansas City, Missouri
    • Modality: On-site
    • Compensation: $17.00 per hour
    • Employment type: Paid internship
