About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring students to join the campus dining team at Youngstown State University. These positions are available on a rolling basis and offer a flexible work schedule for students looking to build skills while working on campus.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold food items.
- Store food correctly by following temperature and spoilage guidelines.
- Set up stations with food, condiments, and utensils.
- Serve guests in dining and retail areas.
- Greet guests, make eye contact, and follow service procedures.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations according to safety rules.
- Multitask to keep up with the pace of the kitchen.
