About the role#
We are hiring interns to join our team as ABA Behavior Technicians. You will work directly with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder to help improve their independence and social awareness. This is a paid, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide 1:1 support for 1-2 individuals at a time.
- Work with clients in their homes and at our center.
- Follow behavior plans as directed by your supervisor.
- Collect data on a daily basis.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- To be organized and capable of following specific behavior plans.
- A responsible and timely approach to your work.
- Energy and an interest in supporting those impacted by autism.
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with individuals with ASD is a plus.
