About the role#
As a Lab Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting lab operations at Ateme. You will work directly with equipment, networks, and video delivery solutions while collaborating with our engineering and technical support teams.
What you'll do#
- Support daily lab operations, including equipment setup, installation, configuration, and testing.
- Maintain an organized and functional engineering lab environment.
- Participate in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for Ateme products.
- Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Work within Linux and Windows environments.
- Help investigate technical issues alongside experienced engineers.
- Contribute to the configuration and preparation of Proof of Concept (POC) environments.
- Assist with setting up product demonstrations for internal teams and customers.
- Support testing and validation activities across Ateme solutions.
- Collaborate on various technical projects and lab initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the final year of a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux CLI, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- A proactive, curious, and eager mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- The ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- An interest in building hands-on engineering experience and exploring long-term career opportunities with Ateme.

- This position is fully on-site in Englewood, Colorado.
- The role is full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
