About the role#
Aristeo is hiring a Construction Safety Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a paid, full-time position based in Livonia, Michigan. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in safety coordination and project support.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the on-site safety lead to build your coordination skills.
- Conduct site orientations for personnel.
- Assist with the preparation of safety reports.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Perform basic safety audits and observations.
- Help create and update Pre-Task Analysis documents.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior or senior student pursuing a 4-year degree in Environmental Health and Safety.
- A working knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with core safety concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
- The ability to communicate clearly and follow direction.
