Secondaries & Primaries Intern

About the role#

This internship offers the opportunity to join the team as an integral member, taking on significant responsibilities from the start. You will work directly on investment functions and contribute to the firm's global investment committee processes.

What you'll do#

• Support the investment team with financial modeling and valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies.
• Prepare investment recommendations for the global investment committee.
• Complete ad hoc reports and projects as required.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate student status, with the ability to participate in a full-time co-op program (December graduates are eligible).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and memo-drafting.
• Analytical mindset with an organized and motivated approach.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience in finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation is preferred.
