This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 internship with Carolina Dining Services. The role is based on-site in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Assist with guest experience services across dining locations.
- Engage directly with guests in dining areas to ensure a positive experience.
- Help facilitate various dining programs.
- Collect and document feedback from guests.
- Provide general support for daily dining operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at UNC.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or Marketing.
