About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for Summer 2026 located at the Starbucks Student Center at the University of Alabama. The supervisor will oversee daily operations and ensure the retail location meets all organizational standards.
What you'll do#
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail location.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate supplies.
- Train and mentor staff members to maintain service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the retail brand.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Public Health.
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume retail environment.
