About the role#
Apollo Mechanical Contractors is hiring a Project Engineer Intern in Bend, Oregon. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term. You will support our project management and engineering teams to help complete construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage jobsite documentation such as RFIs, change orders, ASIs, and submittals.
- Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
- Handle jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging or orientation paperwork.
- Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Assist the team with assembling project estimates and budgets.
- Support subcontractor and vendor management.
- Attend project meetings and prepare notes.
- Help track craft productivity.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Project.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You can learn and apply technical concepts quickly.
- You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- You work well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

- Compensation: $25 per hour.
