About the role#
We are looking for an Accounting Intern and Executive Assistant to support a U.S. based healthcare corporation. This is a paid, part-time, remote position. It is designed for students who want to gain practical experience by balancing financial tasks with administrative support.
What you'll do#
- Perform data entry and keep records accurate.
- Help organize financial documents, reports, and records.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.
- Assist with light accounting and basic financial tasks.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders in both Hebrew and English.
- Provide executive support as needed and assist with other assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university program, preferably in your second year or higher, studying Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach and a desire to learn.
- Comfort working with numbers and basic accounting concepts.
- Previous experience in accounting or administration is a plus.
