About the role#
As a Product Applications Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the evaluation, integration, and application of semiconductor products in real-world systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers to assist with product testing, technical problem-solving, and application development. This role helps you build a foundation in applications engineering while you contribute to customer-focused projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in product evaluation, validation, and testing activities.
- Support the development of application tools, demonstrations, and reference designs.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and analyze system performance.
- Conduct laboratory measurements and analyze test data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, Test, and Marketing Engineering.
- Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory test equipment and measurement techniques.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge, such as Python.
- Experience through coursework, projects, research, or internships involving electronics, embedded systems, or hardware/software development.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with communication interfaces, system-level design, or product testing is a plus.

- Compensation: Paid position with an expected wage range of $22 to $41 per hour.
