About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to work with the Digital Product Design team. You will help shape the user experience for global commerce platforms, mobile apps, and internal business tools. You will work alongside designers, researchers, and developers to create solutions that support users around the world.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to design system enhancements and build reusable components for enterprise-level applications.
- Partner with product teams to improve existing platforms like MyBiz and Amway Plus.
- Design new features, refine workflows, and create concepts or prototypes.
- Participate in the development of new digital products and capabilities.
- Present your work and communicate your thought processes to the team.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student status, having completed your sophomore year and entering your junior year by the start of the internship.
- Anticipated graduation date between May 2029 and April 2030.
- Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to build reusable design components.
- A curious mindset with an openness to learning and feedback.
- Ability to present and communicate your work clearly.
Location & details#
- Location: Ada Township, Michigan.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (Onsite Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
